Maybe because majority of people moved on from this sound. It sounds like something from late 1990s early 2000s. Most people who like hard dance music like progress and moving forward and pushing boundaries, not being stuck in the past where you remember your youth. Only 40-50 year olds are buying this vinyl.

On this double album, I can practically count on one hand how many real hardcore tracks there are (Trypticon - Trypticide, this is the only one real hardcore track if i see very serious but yeah this is Ophidian). Tracks full of farting, crackling kicks just keep coming one after another. Seriously, is this what today's Gabbers want?...

Right. Who cares when the extended's don't even add anything to the track or most livesets don't even require mixing nowadays (all pre-recorded). Tracks themselves are just made for streaming nowadays.
